(3)Parcelforce next day/ DPD next day for purchase over £30 in UK general area only.

2.Post Charge
(1) Free delivery for whole UK for less than 2kg parcel.
(2) We are not able to ship to Jersey since 1st June 2024.

3. Tracking and Delivery
(1)Royalmail Large Letter service / Whistl Large Letter service (with tracking number but no tracking details. If reciever said no receive parcel after time scale, please contact us with receiver's feedback proof, and then we will help to investigate and solve this issue. Not all large letter service will have the delivery scan. This is very importan notice before you place order.)

4.Tracking number updates
(1)For the orders placed before 9:00a.m GMT (10 a.m in Summer time) will be processed same working day and the tracking munber will be updated same working day (except weekends and holidays).
(2)For the orders placed after 9:00a.m GMT (10 a.m in Summer time) will be processed next working day and the tracking number also will be updated next working day.
(3)Tracking number will be uploaded to your orders ever working day in the UK noon time. If not tracking number uploaded in time, please contact us to get reason.

(1)Parcelforce next day/ DPD next day for purchase over £30 in UK general area ONLY.
(2)UK local warehouse. Dropship to the whole UK country ONLY.
(3)If the item is shipped by Royal Mail large letter service, we will upgrade it to TH48 2 days service when there are 3pcs in one order.

no tracking number updated in time, please contact us with the order number.
(5)Please be aware that Large Letter service is not suitable for TikTok platform. If sell on TikTok, please only sell our items which post by Tracked 2 days service. Alternatively, you can use the TikTok own shipping label (Evri Label). Email us the label with the order number together, and we will use your label to ship.
